Today is my best friend's birthday. Last night I was chilling with him making sure he was in good company when midnight hit. He is now 23 years of age and I appreciate our friendship like no other.

Out of nowhere I was reminded of my birthday this year on the other side. I can honestly say my birthday this year was the worst. None of the brothers I wanted to spend it with were with me, just me in a foreign land at what may have been the lowest point in my life, and with a brother that constantly lets me down and the only one I happen to be related to. It's one of these of those things I will never forget.
